hello? i'm new here and i have a biiig question - how to make a weapon's mod?!
for example i want to have a pistol shouting with nanits or with Singularity ammo...

so my question is HOW?!
what programms... maybe some tutorial

You can change values in weapon.xtbl to suit your needs.

Are you having trouble figuring out how to extract/repack vpp_pcs?
