I've seen this before in stock RF, but for the life of me I can't recall what caused it, or indeed if I ever found out. I think it just fixed itself eventually.

For some reason, I fixed it. I don't know how I did it though. I either...
1. Disabled compatibility mode for Pure Faction.
2. Deleted the pf.dll file and reinstalled with Pure Faction version 3.0c.

I got the same problem, the mouse sensitivity isn't constant.
