It was being moved to new hosting. I believe it's all uploaded and Goober just needs to point the domain at the new place. (poke)
It covered a bunch of original RF environment textures and a few of the propaganda posters. It's by no means complete and is probably more useful to mappers than players but might be worth a shot once it's back online
