Just a quick note about RED/REDPF window size. By default you can only have it either maximized fullscreen, or in a fixed size window. A mapper with a new extra wide monitor wanted to run it in a window, and I found that the program ResizeEnable from Digi Tallis (no affiliation with me ) will let you resize the window to any size.
