Well boys, THQ is up for sale. What do you think will come of this? Will RF be given another chance by whoever buys the IP?

If so, will they pull another Guerrilla/Armageddon or will they do it justice?

If anything is done with the RF IP, it will probably be bad. It doesn't have to be bad, someone could possibly do something decent with it... but I doubt that will happen. If it were to happen, it likely still would not be to my, or even most of the RF community's tastes.

I figure it will get bummed in with a bunch of other titles some random company wants to grab and try to reboot. Better than the IP rotting in THQ's filing cabinets. Maybe.

The most you could probably hope for is a new RF FPS instead of the cancershit asscamera games they've been releasing.

RF & Volition are being auctioned separately. No guarantee Volition will end up with RF when it's all said and done.
