Looks like it's down right now.

The backup at rfgt.factionfiles.com is online, albeit with a very old server list. Munkey's backup tracker appears to be down at the moment as well.
Munkey's tracker is now working, and with an updated list, so I'm just going to cname ours to his for now.

The default tracker is back online now, but for future reference, you can use: http://www.factionfiles.com/ff.php?action=dbpage&id=1
