Hey , Deleted my red faction accidently, re installed it, now my pure wont let me in specific servers... says " Data does not match server data" any help?

Think I figured it out, reinstalled pure as well and it automatically fixed the error message.

Yea, your tables.vpp was incompatible.

Only two things that cause that error are incompatible tables.vpp and incompatible .rfl, and since you probably had the same version of the map... yea...
