A modern replacement for the 25-year-old VPPBuilder32 / VPVIEW32 tools.
Open, inspect, edit, and build Red Faction .vpp files in a modern way.

Main enhancements:

- Quality of life improvements.
(Such as type filtering, search, drag and drop, rename,
reorder, extract to ZIP, TGA to PNG export, recent files, in-place saving
with an overwrite guard, dark mode, dual layout, V3M viewer, and the classic File / Action / Tools / Help menus.)

- Convert tga files into dds files with one click within the VPP, removing the tga's and replacing them with dds files.

- View 3D models of V3M with textures (as long as they are in the VPP).

- RFA animation info, .rfl info.

- .tbl text editor with line numbers and hex for rest. Can edit within VPP.

- Export any tga file as a quick PNG file.

- Flip layout and dark mode buttons at top right.

- Installs in one click and registers file type.
