Description
A single-file browser tool for Red Faction modders. Combines the RED texture converter, VBM animation tools, and a game data reference into one HTML file. No install, works offline, compatible with Alpine Faction 1.3.0.


Features:

- Texture Converter: Batch convert PNG, JPG, BMP, WEBP, GIF, TGA, and DDS files.
- VBM Creator / Extractor: Create (or extract) VBMs from images or gifs. Includes a VBM preview window.
- Game Tables: Searchable reference of the game table files.

- Zero install, fully offline
