Winter/Christmas themed DM02 redesign, enjoy ! <3

B2/3 Patchnotes;

Added Dynamic Christmas lighting to ground floor of central room
Added cloud scrolling texture to sky box
2 new routes/rooms with spawn points & items
Cleaned up some textures
Spawn point apparently broke on my original upload so I've corrected that
Turned the RED FACTION Snowman yelling down from 15 seconds to 1 minute

Had a problem with B2, this fixes that problem.

Reviewed as: Snowstallation XJ15 Nice little Christmas edit to freshen up an old classic! The "Red Faction!" sound was fun at first but kinda got annoying after a while. If you ever do an edit of this I think opening up the Christmas jail cells would make for good little hiding spots for railing or killing unsuspecting players as they run past. Also applying smoothing light groups to round things like the snowmen and candy canes would help hide those hard light edges RED loves to make.
