Guitar Hero in First Person! This is an experimental mini game I made for one of the special event codes in my Boingy 3 map. ( https://www.factionfiles.com/ff.php?action=file&id=8193 ) It takes all of 2.5 min to complete. While it's best played solo, I made it a DM map so players could take advantage of the increased movement speed in multiplayer if they want it. You could technically play it with a friend but it has no weapons and you would more then likely just get in each others way.

There are a couple changes from the Boingy 3 version:
-Added a green room so there's something to check out after the game.
-Changed the ouchy triggers to continuous_damage instead of AF_Heal so there's proper damage feedback in SP or when hosting a listen server.


How to play:
Hit the start button when you are ready to go. Then hit the notes to gain points. Moving to the next note without being parallel left to right with it, loses points and hurts player. Survive to the end to see your final score and be granted access to the green room backstage, to party with the groupies.

Points work by 100 points for hitting the note, -10 points for every 100ms spent in an ouchy zone. In the second half when the speed doubles, so do the points and negative points. I believe max score is 25,500 for a perfect run, if I didn't miss any trigger links.

Bugs:
- If you have your music volume setting turned all the way down before hitting start, the music won’t play, even if you turn the setting back up after hitting start. It needs to have some volume prior to hitting start for track to work.
- Minimizing the game after hitting start result in the position of the triggers being different on your screen vs where the server says they are, so will be pretty much unplayable. High ping could also possibly desync the trigger positions.
