This is a micro map of a bird house in a tree.

Way back in early 2004 we decided to do a {DVL} Clan map pack. We called the Project {DVL} Unite/{DVL} IBSIJE (first initial of the mappers involved: I.A.C, Blaze, Shadow, Infernus, Jason_x and Escaflowne.) The map pack had 11 maps that aren't on FF, so I've decided to upload a few of the better maps from the pack. Giant Bird House was one of my contributions to the pack. I just learned how to use RED 6 months or so earlier, so the map was a little on the rough side and has very simplistic geometry. However the map holds some special memories for me, so I'm not ready to let it die yet haha. I decided to give it a little TLC and a second go at life.

Changes:
- All textures swapped with higher resolution more detailed textures.
- Fixed all the areas with glitchy Z-fighting textures.
- Fixed all the poorly aligned geometry.
- Added a mama bird to the nest.
- Redid the lighting.
- Added light smoothing groups to all the round things and highest lightmap resolution on everything.
- Added bird ambient sounds.
- Higher quality music.
- Rerecorded all the stupid sound messages in higher quality, because I could barely make out what I was saying in the originals due to all the distortion and compression.
- Added a couple more secrets.
- Just about everything is Geoable now. Original wasn't touching main air box, so had no Geomod or bullet decals.
- Added more items and changed some item placements.
- Adjusted some jump pads and climb regions.

Skybox:
"Gamrig" HDRI by Andreas Mischok, which I converted into a skybox.
