Description

- Add sentry analytics/crash reporting. This will help modders find and fix bugs in RFG. It's opt-in via a popup when you first open the game with this version.
- Fix alt-enter/alt-tab ResizeBuffers crash
- Change MP match countdown timer to 5 seconds (vanilla is 10s).
- Disable the fog and UI toggles. They will be re-enabled in a future update.
- Disable console printout from dinput8.dll
- Disable patch that turned off log spam from missing cutscene files. A workaround that didn't require code patches was found.
