Edited version of Hovel Havoc to make it more suitable for GN. The original version didn't have enough spawn points to really be very fun to play with larger player counts.

Changelog:
- Added tons of spawns, from 6 -> 21
- Replaced fusion with super armor
- Replaced old super armor with super health
- Added instant death trigger under map to avoid falling until mysterious death
- Fixed 36 holes
- Fixed unaligned glass faces
- Fixed alignment issues with doors
- Fixed PS2 faces caused by heavily tiled grating textures on the floors
- Other minor efficiency improvements
- Applied lighting trick
