Edited version of Ikabon by Chippy-Ed to make it more suitable for GN. The original version, while really damn cool, didn't have enough spawn points to really be very fun to play with larger player counts.

Changelog:
- Removed flags, made map DM rather than CTF
- Added tons of spawns, from 6 -> 17
- Added more weapon, ammo, health, and armor pickups
- Added a damage amp where the red flag was
- Normalized height of pickups
- Fixed invisible ramps on stairs so you can walk up them smoothly
- Fixed issue where a head jump could throw a player outside the map
- Fixed custom textures to use proper RF material prefixes
- Adjusted jump pad strength so it's less frustrating to use
- Applied lighting trick
