Description
Back before Dash Faction patched it, our buddy Frankenparker here is what Parker would look like during the undercover section in admin after Volition broke it in a patch. I have bought him back from the dead for both singleplayer and multiplayer as a clientside mod with fully functioning team skins for TDM and CTF! It's alive!
To use this skin, just place the .vpp file in your user/multi folder.
