Red Faction - Xmod is a focused tweaking mod that attempt to improve the Gameplay in all way possible.

Xmod bring many news facets to Red Faction engine, it contains advances triggers systems and some technical tricks that no other mod had done before…

Admin note: This is Beta version 2.0 of XMod - released in 4 parts by Morgoth in October 2017.

First, hi all & am happy to see RF community alive here!

*Author Notes about this - "10 Years Marathon" release:

It was a special client version planed specifically for that online event which was dependent of a modified server version to be 100% functional with all fix (not included).

Most notable concern here, I did an experimental update in one of phases, that change the "client" weapons projectiles to enhance there visibility with reduced velocity. Without the "server" version, projectiles with not reach farther target!

The later "packed" version finally never released due to real life events of the time, I did more updates after, but I didn't finished the project. Few years already passed in uncertainty state without open RED Editor! I questioning myself to put time on a ~"Mine Warfare" event/release.
