This is a new THQ logo that you can replace your original with. It looks way better than the original one. Simply rename your original thqlogo.bik to thqlogo.bik.bak or extract this directly over the old one.

NOTE: The default location for this is "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\red faction\data\movies" for Steam installations and "C:\games\RedFaction\data\movies" for non-Steam installations of the game.
