Description
Key added functionality of this version when compared to the official RF Toolkit version:
-Original tool had issues handling high resolution files, this fixes that.
-Original tool required .tga image files as input, this supports many common image formats (like .jpg, .png, .dds, etc - full list is available here: https://crates.io/crates/image)
Usage:
makevbm.exe colormode framerate input_file
