After a long while I finally decided to release another source code of one of my tools (other released source codes include Descent Manager Tools "ANIVIEW32" and "DSPY32"). Before you take a look at it, please let me warn you: Yes, it is not a 100% clean and perfect source code and yes, it might be improved at many parts (in both readability and of course the code itself). However, I do believe it is good enough that you can quite quickly understand how it works and it is after all not so bad that it crashes a lot or something. Feel free to provide feedback if you like .

Licensing information

The source code was primary released for "educational purposes". You may
however use it to release a modified ("improved") version of the tool, if
you are mentioning my name "Heiko Herrmann" as the original writer of the
tool somewhere in the credits. Also you MUST release the modified source
code then.

If you use only parts of it in your own program, you should be fair enough
to at least mention my name somewhere in the tool. Source code release is
not required if you do not use the code base of this tool, however of course
always appreciated.
