This mod unlocks all upgrades right at the start of the game, so no need to wait!
I did not modify the cost values of anything. The only change I made is I made it so you can only pick the "12 remote charges" upgrades and not the smaller increments. This was done simply for fun. Why have only 4 or 5 allowed when you can have 12 right away? ;)

Also, this mod is in a different format than most. Rather than having to compile it, simply make a backup of the old misc file and paste this in that directory to use it.
