avi2vbm (C) 2010 www.FactionFiles.com and digital_ruler
avi2vbm is a tool to convert standard Windows AVI files into Red Faction-compatible VBMs. avi2vbm is a commandline application, and is run similarly to the makevbm tool.
Usage: avi2vbm aviName frameRate vbmName
Example: avi2vbm spin.avi 15 spin.vbm
(The example would load spin.avi from the current directory and convert it to spin.vbm at 15FPS)
