It's been a long time coming I know, but I've been busy with other things. Finally decided to put the lid on this baby tho

It is a sequel map to my mf_All_Around_ the World level that some of you may be familiar with. In fact most of you will be familiar with this version too by now

I have made this one a bit larger and constructed all new famous buildings and landmarks for your enjoyment.

Included are...

Carved Caves of Petra, Jordan
The Petronas Towers, Malaysia
Stonehenge, UK
The parthenon, Athens
Some Aztec Pyramid
The Bank of China, Hong Kong
The Gateway Arch, St. Louis
The Maussoleum
And in the centre of the map I have created a representation of the The Golden Gate Bridge
spanning The Grand Canyon

I have included a very small music track, which is a reprise to the original All Around the World by Oasis in Dm_mf_All_Around_the_World. This is in a seperate VPP and is therefore optional.

I have pushed the editor further than I'd have liked on this one so do not expect extraordinarily high framerates, but due to the sniping nature of the map it should have a lessened bearing on gameplay.

Goober · Mon 28 Apr 2025, 15:52 · Mikelice and 1 others like this User Rating: 👍 Recommended!   While this is far more of an art piece than a playable pub map on the level of its predecessor, it's certainly worth trying out. mad_ferrit's keen eye for detail is on full display here, and my only major complaint is how incredibly huge the map is. I feel like the monuments and structures in here could easily have been split into two maps that would each have been interesting and well received. Nevertheless, it's a classic. Despite me personally not being a huge fan of the gameplay in this one, I'd certainly recommend giving it a try for yourself.
