Hi, I'm new to this site when it comes to uploading mods. I've uploaded a 1st person mod to RFG in an very early state and was working on improving it. So I uploaded an update but instead of replacing the previously uploaded mod, it releases it as a separate mod. I've also made some changes to another mod of mine and uploaded an update and it also releases it as a separate mod. At this point I feel as if I'm just spamming on this website. I want to get the separately uploaded mods (Red Faction Guerrilla Improved Edition v1.1) (RFGR First Person Mod (Beta 3) removed and also, how can I make updates to a single mod file on this website? I won't be able to respond to recent answers until I wake up. (going to sleep)

Hi and welcome to FactionFiles!

Unfortunately, as the site was originally designed for posting released mods, there's not currently any functionality to handle versioning and revisions as you've suggested - that functionality is on our list to be added whenever an overhaul of the site happens, though.

In the meantime, don't feel like you're spamming, it's fine :) I usually like to keep multiple versions of mods and such available in case people want them, but if you'd rather, when you submit a new version of a mod and I approve it, I can hide all previous versions of that mod.

PS. Most of the discussion around here happens on our Discord server - if you're not already there, you should check it out :)

Okay, I see. I'll keep my red faction guerrilla improved edition updates But, I would like to have previous versions of my RFGR first person mod hidden when I upload new versions. Knowing this now, I'll start to slow down the rate I update my mods.
