NOTE 1: This patcher will only work with the Multiplayer Test demo - it is not compatible with any version of the full game.
NOTE 2: This does not help the Multiplayer Test demo function correctly on modern systems - and it's very likely that you will not be able to run the Multiplayer Test demo on your system, regardless of whether you've applied this patch.
